Kasey Goes Above And Beyond!
This review is a bit overdo, but If anyone is looking for a travel agent, I highly recommend Kasey Townes.
We have booked numerous trips with her and this girl goes above and beyond! On our last vacation and due to covid protocols there were a lot of extra questions and concerns. Kasey answered each and every single question I had and if she didn’t have the answer, she found it. Kasey made sure we were fully prepared for our trip so that things would go as smooth as possible.
We did however run into a problem while in Jamaica regarding our PCR test to come home. The day we were booked to come home we did not have our results back yet and we couldn’t board without them. This was the fault of the lab in Jamaica. You can probably sense the anxiety in us not having those results mere hours before we were to board. Here is where Kasey went even further than above and beyond.
This woman runs her own business outside of being a travel agent. She had an event on the day we were to come home. I frantically messaged her at 630am on a Sunday morning and this girl got back to me right away! She was emailing and calling trying to get answers for us all while trying to get ready for her event. She got answers and kept me calm. We got our results and boarded our flight on time.
Booking online costs you the same and does not get you the service an agent provides. If I had booked online, I would have been on hold the whole time and would have been lucky to speak to anyone.
Every trip we have booked with Kasey has been simple and straightforward. She also provides great recommendations for vacations. If you are looking to book a vacation today, tomorrow, a year from now and want great customer service reach out to Kasey 😊
